Advanced Benefits Management was founded in 1993 as an independent Employee Benefits Agency serving the needs of employer groups of all sizes throughout the Northwest. We are headquartered in Idaho’s flourishing City by the Lake - Coeur d’Alene. Our influences stretch throughout the Northwest providing a vast number of innovative solutions to public and private employer groups.
We quickly became a top-producing agency for companies such as Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence Blue Shield, Group Health, and Delta Dental, as well as a number of life and disability carriers.
In 2002, Advanced Benefits Management’s Advanced Administration™ was launched to assist employers in the emerging arena of Consumer-Driven Health Care. These new “account-based” health care plans began to blur the lines between conventional flex administration services and health plan benefit designs. In addition, these new designs required a greater level of employee education that typical benefit brokers could not adequately provide. With many employers hungry for these cost-cutting, employee-empowering Consumer-Driven Health Care plans, it was fast apparent that they needed the help of a specialty firm like ours.
Since that time, we have continued to be a leader in demonstrating to employers and employees the value of Consumer-Drive Health Care. In addition, the Advanced Administration™ has grown to be a state-of-the-art facility that allows employers to seamlessly integrate these highly-demanded options into their existing offerings.
